We provide refunds for unworn, regular-priced items if you return them within 30 days of purchase, in perfect saleable condition and in their original packaging. You must have the receipt or payment slip on hand. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

We do not accept any in-store returns between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, as well as on December 26 and 27.

Items purchased on sale online are refundable within 30 days so that you have time to try them on. Sale items purchased in-store are also refundable. The same 30-day policy applies. *A sale is different from a final sale. 

Items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale, which includes, among others, products in the last pair collection, liquidations, as well as flash sale items (combined or direct discount) of 50% or more. All final sale items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

If the purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you have 30 days to report it – for an exchange or store credit if it cannot be repaired. The exchange is valid for the same product or an equivalent, in the same size as the original purchase. After this period, you must contact the manufacturer directly.

You may return your items free of charge in-store or by mail. Please note that returns by mail are only offered for online purchases.

In-store return: Purchases can be returned at no cost to any Chaussures Panda location with proof of purchase.

Please note that shipping fees paid at the time of the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges are made exclusively in-store. If you placed an online order, you may exchange the item in-store. We do not accept any in-store exchanges between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, as well as on December 26 and 27.
